St. James Catholic Church was founded in Douglas, Wyoming over a hundred years ago and has served the Catholic faithful of Converse County since that time through the sacraments.  Through and with the Diocese of Cheyenne, St. James Catholic Church reaches out to the people of the Southwestern Region of Wyoming by offering an array of support and volunteer efforts to the surrounding communities through our ministries and members.
